The Wedding Standard community came together for an amazing night of curated food and wine experiences, with touches of intentional design showcasing a great new Paso Robles wedding venue! San Luis Obispo wedding planner and designer Sandcastle Celebrations set the tone with this fresh and modern design, filled with pops of color and texture. Black stoneware plates from San Luis Obispo rental company All About Events paired with copper flatware and all modern glassware created a modern vibe, while fresh blooms from San Luis Obispo wedding florist Flowers By Kim brought the tablescape to life. Printed menus from San Luis Obispo calligrapher Olive and Emerald detailed out menu items in a fashionable way.

"I was excited to showcase the new barrel room at Cass Winery. The barrel room is simple and modern. The space is the perfect blank canvas for any designer. The table settings were simple yet luxurious. The teal velvet table drapes echoed the theme of the event by providing a tactile experience for the guests. The colors of the linens echoed our food stations. The velvet teal drapes represented water and our napkins in terra cotta shantung silk represented our Fire station."
Rose all day! Along with being known as a Paso Robles wedding venue, Cass Winery produces award winning wines. Guests were greeted with a glass of rose, stationed perfectly on an industrial style wooden shelf.
As the crowd moved into the impressive barrel room, guests were invited to enjoy a carefully curated food and wine pairing experience. San Luis Obispo wedding planner Sandcastle Celebrations worked closely with the culinary team at Paso Robles wedding venue Cass Winery to create a menu featuring earth, fire, and water themed food stations. Each food element was paired with a pour of a complimenting Cass wine, ranging from light and crisp whites to bold and fruit forward reds.
San Luis Obispo wedding band Carbon City Lights provided amazing entertainment as The Wedding Standard members explored the different food and wine stations and connected with other members.
San Luis Obispo rental company Scout Rental Co. created this amazing lounge space with the direction of San Luis Obispo wedding planner Sandcastle Celebrations. With sweeping vineyard views, this pretty space provided the perfect spot for guests to relax and enjoy the evening.
