Elliot and Maddie tied the knot with a beautiful, outdoor ceremony held at Elliot's grandma's house. Their lovely wedding day was filled with refined pink details and polished white touches, which perfectly complimented the rustic backdrop of their venue. From the coffee bar to the bountiful grazing table to delicious treats - every inch of the reception was thoughtfully planned. The show-stopper of the day had to be their cowboy hat, western-esque big entrance! Thanks to San Luis Obispo Photographer, Yvonne Goll Photography for capturing these precious details!

Their Love Story

Elliot went through his sister's prom photos senior year, and that's where he saw Maddie in her blue, sparkly prom dress. A couple weeks after Maddie graduated high school, he asked her out, and they went to play mini golf and pick berries. They dated for a little over two years before getting engaged in September at his family's vineyard.

Their Wedding Inspiration

"We knew we wanted to get married at Elliot's Grandma's house, but I didn't want to really dive into the "country/western" theme. The black and white barn was the perfect amount of elegance, with a hint of western, so we just rolled with that!"

The Memorable Moments

"During the ceremony, right when my wedding party was about to walk down the aisle, I was sitting in a limo with my dad. I looked in the mirror and noticed I forgot to put my veil on!!! We were up on a hill, but thankfully my Husband's brother ran down to the house and grabbed my veil! He was back in record time, thankfully! Everyone thought this would make me more nervous, but honestly, it really calmed me down. I was able to laugh it off!."

The Details

"One thing I was extremely excited to incorporate was photos in our cowboy hats. We wore them during our grand entrance into our reception and they were a hit! Such a small detail but such an iconic one for photos!!"

The Color Palette

"PINK and gold were the main added colors, along with black and white to match the barn and house."

Their Wedding Planning Advice

"Enjoy the moment!!! My entire engagement went by in such a blur. I was stressed and nervous that everything would be perfect, and I wish I would have just enjoyed the moment!"
