I had the pleasure of interviewing one of the owners, Lori, on the special bartending business and hear more about how it started and where their passion comes from, as well as what sets them apart.

Can you share the story behind your bartending business and what inspired you to focus on weddings?
"After years of working in the wedding industry in Santa Barbara (Lori) and being mentored by top event planners on the central coast, I moved to Morro Bay to be closer to my partner Lonnie. Together we decided it would be a great opportunity to stay in the industry we loved and create a business that helped enhance the ambiance of a very special occasion.
Lonnie's ability to bring people together and create long-lasting connections has allowed for him to be an expert in the event industry. With several years of experience in organizing and executing private parties, Lonnie brings the passion for a fun and seamless approach to every event production.
We wanted to create something that reflected our personalities and talents, filled a need in our communities, and brought us joy. So needless to say, this was a no-brainer for us!"
What sets your wedding bartending service apart from others in the industry?
"We are professional, organized, and keep our clients inspired and on track for a memorable experience. We're all about the details, and we take pride in providing a high-end bartending service for our clients and their guests. We understand that every event is unique, and we're here to make it unforgettable.
We care about the planet! We use organic ingredients, and eco-friendly napkins, straws and drinkware so that our footprint makes less of an impact on the environment."
Do you offer custom cocktail menus, and how do you work with couples to create signature drinks?
"Yes, of course! Beyond what we offer on our website menu, we offer complimentary tastings with our clients to ensure their favorite spirits and flavor profiles are met to create the perfect signature cocktails that represent who they are."
What's your favorite part about bartending weddings, and do you have a memorable event story to share?
"Our favorite part to bartending for weddings, is seeing the happy faces of our clients and guests when they reach the bar. Watching that first sip, and witnessing the excitement and joy of being part of creating a memory that lasts for years. We LOVE connecting with the guests and watching the party unfold!
At a particular (favorite) wedding, the bride and groom gave a speech thanking the guests and vendors, then gave our team a special shout out for making their celebration better than they ever imagined! We were so honored and extremely proud."
Can you describe how you ensure efficient, responsible service while keeping the guest experience fun and smooth?
"That's easy, it's all about the team. We hire top-notch bartenders based on experience and personality...experience in bartending is of course extremely important, however, personality is everything to us! Our team was hand-picked to make sure everyone is engaged and having a great time, while keeping the flow smooth and seamless."
What advice would you give couples who are choosing a bartending service for their big day?
"We believe in communication! That means we always have a consultation with our clients to be sure we connect with them and have all the details on point. We are there throughout the process to answer questions, make changes, and help with any concerns. We make it a priority that our clients feel confident and understood so that they can get back to planning all the details that go into such a milestone event!"
