Tucked in the rolling hills of San Luis Obispo, Perfumo Canyon set the stage for a dreamy hillside picnic and spring styled shoot that brought together some of the Central Coast's most talented creatives. With golden light, fresh blooms, and thoughtful design details, the day felt like a page from a storybook. At the heart of the shoot was 1922 Spirits, a new local bar service that's making waves with their vintage mobile bar trailer and charming satellite bar--complete with a sweet little umbrella that added just the right touch of whimsy. Their setup blended effortlessly into the natural beauty of the canyon, offering both style and substance with every sip. The vision was brought to life by the incredible Emma with Emmy Lou Events, whose eye for detail and ability to weave magic into every corner of a scene made this day feel effortlessly elegant. From the glassware to the layout, no element was overlooked--and the result was pure springtime enchantment. The floral artistry by Suncanyon Florals was a true showstopper. Bursting with vibrant color and playful textures, her statement arrangements tied everything together and brought a bold, joyful energy to the space. It all began with The Coastal Creative, who was planning a content shoot to showcase 1922 Spirits. Knowing the power of collaboration, she reached out to Emma, trusting her to elevate the vision--and Emma did just that and more. Capturing every detail was the talented Angelique Roeloffs, whose photography turned fleeting moments into timeless images. From sweeping shots of the canyon to intimate captures of the bar setup and florals, Angelique brought the story of the day to life with warmth and clarity. This styled shoot was a celebration of spring, creativity, and community--a perfect reminder of the magic that happens when passionate people come together to create something beautiful.

The Vision
"When 1922 Spirits invited me to be part of this shoot to launch her mobile bartending business, I knew we had to take advantage of the stunning natural landscapes here on the Central Coast. Inspired by the organic beauty of the rolling green hills, I wanted to design a table that felt natural and harmonious to its surroundings. The picnic-style tablescape featured soft, layered textures with flowing fabrics and seasonal, delicate florals by Sun Canyon. More than just a business launch, this shoot became a celebration of nature, community, and the beauty in life's simple joys."
The Details
"I was so excited to experiment with layered linens for the first time! It took some trial and error, but it added so much beautiful texture to the tablescape. I also loved how organic the snack board felt, especially with the honeydew melon and walnuts--it was simple, yet so visually aesthetic."
