Can you describe the wedding services and packages offered at your hotel venue?
"Hotel Cerro has the ability to host weddings of up to 80 guests. Our Urban Wedding Package is built for an intimate, 30-person wedding, but can be expanded for larger gatherings. This package includes a variety of essentials such as choice of plated or buffet dinner, beer & wine bar, tables, chairs, table settings, rental of the space, and service staff for all set up and breakdown. We also offer the opportunity for our couples to upgrade to the 'Love is Suite' package which includes a 2-night stay in a Garden Suite, and credit for a couple's treatment at Spa Cerro."

"Our location in the heart of downtown San Luis Obispo makes us a premier choice, especially for those couples looking to join the downtown festivities after 10PM. We also have guest rooms for any out-of-town guests you may have, and our event spaces can accommodate your whole wedding weekend, from your welcome party, to the wedding day, all the way to your farewell brunch and guest departure."

"We have a few beautiful locations on property for pictures, including our Edible Gardens & Rooftop Pool!"
How do you ensure a seamless experience for couples and their guests on the wedding day?
"Our on-site banquet captain will lead all set up and food and beverage service to meet your preferences and will ensure your guests are comfortable throughout the event!"
What advice do you have for couples when selecting a wedding venue?
"I highly recommend choosing a more inclusive venue! Choosing a venue like Hotel Cerro cuts down on so many other vendors you would otherwise need to hire such as catering, bar service, rentals & staffing."
Do you offer wedding packages or discounts for multiple services?
"Yes, we offer our Urban Wedding Package for weddings of 30-80 guests. We also are offering a promotion, for any wedding booked for 2024 can choose to receive either our 'Love is Suite' package complimentary, or a complimentary welcome reception for up to 30 guests!!"
What sustainability initiatives does your hotel implement for weddings?
"All drinkware, plateware, and utensils are glass, silver, or china. We also are committed to minimizing food waste, which is why we ask to finalize your order 2 weeks prior to your event! Our on-site edible gardens also hosts a variety of fresh grown herbs, garnishes, and vegetables, which is often featured in our menu."
